Wendy Bale of Jamestown, NY USA frequently works in liquid charcoal. This came to the attention of Nitram, the company who makes it. After seeing her work with their product online they asked to do a feature in a full page, inside-front-cover ad in Artists & Illustrators, a UK publication.
